1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to v883. These Terms and Conditions form the complete legal agreement between you — the player — and v883 in relation to your use of the v883 platform, including all sports betting, casino games, fish games, live casino, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet on v883, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use v883 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. v883 does not accept registrations from anyone under 18, and any underage account will be closed immediately upon discovery.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a breach of these Terms.
• You are permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — are not permitted.
• You must be registering for personal, recreational use only. Commercial use, automated access, or registering on behalf of another person is not allowed.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a v883 employee involved in odds-setting, platform operations, or payment processing.

During registration you will be asked to provide your name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. v883 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held pending.

3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your v883 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-step verification details — confidential and secure. v883 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel.

All bets, deposits, and other actions taken from your account are your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. v883 will not be liable for losses that result from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other website.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4 Deposits and Payments

v883 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. v883 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not belong to the registered player, it may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account.
• Deposits are generally credited to your v883 balance instantly. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, contact support with your payment reference number.
• v883 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your deposit does not exceed your personal budget or any self-imposed limits you have set on your account.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where that method supports withdrawals. v883 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly.

• You must complete account verification — including identity confirmation — before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to an account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within the withdrawal section of your account.
• If your account has an active bonus balance, you must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal of the bonus portion of your funds.
• v883 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before processing large withdrawals. This may extend processing times in some cases.
• Withdrawals requested to JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically the fastest route for Pakistani players.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

v883 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotional offer comes with its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific requirement for each offer is stated in that offer's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account once the qualifying deposit or trigger condition has been met.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment account.
• v883 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited and is mid-wagering, reasonable notice will be given where possible.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the relevant offer terms. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Using bonus funds on certain game types — for example, some live casino tables — may be restricted or may contribute at a lower rate to wagering requirements. Check each offer's terms for full details.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, hedging, or collusion will be considered a breach of these Terms.

7 Betting Rules

v883 offers sports betting across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, and more. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets.

• All bets are accepted subject to availability and the applicable market rules at the time of placement.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.
• v883 reserves the right to void or suspend a bet, market, or entire event if there is evidence of irregular activity, match manipulation, technical errors in odds display, or circumstances beyond our control.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of v883. Odds on live markets update in real time and may be suspended at any moment during the event.
• In the event of a bet being placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, v883 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player.
• For cricket specifically — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, and domestic T20 competitions — event-specific rules such as the Duckworth-Lewis method or super over outcomes will be applied as per standard cricket playing conditions.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm your bet.

8 Casino and Games

v883 offers Live Casino, Slots, and Fish Games in addition to the sports betting product. The following rules apply to all casino and gaming activity on the platform.

• All casino games — including Live Casino tables and Slots — use certified random number generation or live dealing by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by the platform.
• Fish Games have their own game mechanics and rules, which are described within each game. Winnings from Fish Games are credited to your main balance in PKR.
• v883 is not responsible for losses incurred during gameplay that result from a player's own decisions, including decisions made under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
• Technical failures during a game round — such as internet disconnection before a round completes — will be resolved in accordance with individual game provider rules. Where a round cannot be completed, the stake is typically returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply on certain Live Casino tables, particularly at lower house-edge games. These limits are displayed within each game.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on v883. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, bets voided, and any associated funds withheld pending investigation.

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to access the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports events, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties.
• Deliberately exploiting platform errors, including incorrect odds, to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use v883 for any form of financial crime.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to place bets using your account.
• Using any form of VPN or proxy to mask your location for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward v883 support staff or other players.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

v883 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where required to protect the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money funds that were deposited legitimately will be returned to the player after any relevant investigation is concluded, provided there is no evidence of fraud or money laundering.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion and responsible gaming tools are also available — see Section 11 for more details.

11 Responsible Gaming

v883 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting should be a form of entertainment and should always remain within your personal control and budget. We strongly encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and to take regular breaks from the platform.

• Set a personal budget before you start each session and do not exceed it.
• Never bet with money you cannot afford to lose.
• Do not chase losses — a losing streak is a normal part of gambling and chasing losses typically makes the situation worse, not better.

12 Limitation of Liability

v883 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors. To the maximum extent permitted, v883's liability to any player is limited to the net deposits made by that player to their account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• v883 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• v883 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's decision to continue gambling after a winning or losing run.
• v883 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• In the event of a dispute, v883's own records of bets placed, transactions made, and game rounds completed will be treated as accurate unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on our side.

13 Privacy

v883 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering on v883, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and customer support.

v883 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

14 Changes to These Terms

v883 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
